I am searching for a nanny who can't effectively and inefficiently do a childcare giving. Someone who does not deserve to be called by an employer as a
real professional nanny. Someone who is not deserving to be recognized as a good substitute for a mother in childcare duties. That's exactly the qualifications of the irresponsible nanny I am looking for.
Why am I searching for her? Because I am writing about the life of a mother who has an
irresponsible nanny. I'm doing a film with this theme. I want to discover if being an irresponsible nanny is a character that cannot be changed or developed, or is it more of a choice that can be undone. I want to know the maternal side of every nanny, and what are the things they don't like about their job.
The theme of my writing focuses on the heart, mind, and perception of a nanny towards her job. The responsibilities that she has to carry on, and the ultimate purpose of taking care of someone's children, while leaving her own kids at home. I need to dig deep into this subject. But don't be mistaken that I'm looking for someone who could be featured in COPS or America's Most Wanted. I just need an irresponsible nanny, and not someone who has committed a felony.
